We ship worldwide from our studio in Barcelona, Spain. All Nebula Lab kimonos are handmade and produced to order, meaning your garment is created specifically after the purchase is confirmed. Production typically takes 5–10 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

SPAIN

  • Free shipping (Shipping to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla is not available.)

  • Delivery time: 1–3 working days

EUROPE (EU Countries)

  • Shipping cost: 12 €

  • Delivery time: 3–7 working days

UNITED KINGDOM & SWITZERLAND

  • Estimated cost: 25€

  • Delivery time: 4–8 working days

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs fees, VAT, duties, or import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country and are the customer’s responsibility.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Once an order has shipped, delivery times may vary due to customs processing, local logistics, or carrier delays. If your order is delayed or you need assistance, you may contact us with your order number and tracking code.

If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the parcel returns to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
